Greg brings a wealth of experience with previous Non-Executive Director and CEO appointments and a history of driving fast growth from entrepreneurial companies with particular experience in e-commerce and multi-channel. Greg has spent much of his career working in the retail sector including roles as President of New York-based company Smallbone PLC, CEO of Charles Tyrwhitt LLP and Chairman of Majestic Wines plc.
Greg is currently Senior Independent Director at Jarrold & Sons Limited and Non-Executive Chair at Purdy and Figg Ltd.

Lee Tappenden was appointed CEO of ProCook in September 2023, bringing extensive leadership, retail and consumer experience to the Group having spent over 25 years with Walmart and Asda, where he held a range of senior management roles, and also at Amyris Inc and Boston Consulting Group. His tenure at Walmart included roles in merchandising and operations, before becoming Chief Operations Officer, and then President and CEO of Walmart Canada. Lee spent the early part of his career with Mobil Oil.

Dan was appointed Chief Financial Officer of ProCook in May 2021. Prior to joining ProCook, Dan was Chief Financial Officer of Booking.com Transport. Before that, he held several roles at Dunelm Group plc including Group Finance Director and Commercial Finance Director, as well as various senior finance and commercial roles at Halfords and Sainsbury’s. Dan is a chartered accountant having begun his career with KPMG.
Daniel O’Neill

Daniel founded ProCook over 25 years ago and has been employed full-time in the business since then. Prior to founding ProCook (originally trading as the Professional Cookware Company until 2008) in the 1990s, Daniel had an early career in direct marketing businesses and consultancy services and in software development, developing skillsets and experiences that have provided guiding principles to support the development of the ProCook business.
Meg Lustman

Meg has over 35 years of retail experience and was previously CEO of British affordable luxury brand, Hobbs. Prior to this, she held senior positions at many of the UK's leading fashion retailers including John Lewis, Warehouse, and Aurora/Mosaic Fashions.
Meg is currently Vice Chair of Court and Chair of the Remuneration Committee at Glasgow Caledonian University, Chair of St Luke's Hospice (Harrow and Brent) and Non-Executive Director at Shepherd Neame.
David Stead

An experienced director of companies in the UK retail sector, David was Chief Financial Officer of FTSE-listed Dunelm Group plc from 2003 to 2015 and Interim Chief Financial Officer in 2018. Prior to his role at Dunelm, David served as Finance Director for Boots The Chemists and Boots Healthcare International between 1991 and 2003. David is a chartered accountant, having spent the early part of his career with KPMG.

Laurie Houghton joined ProCook as Commercial Director in June 2024. Laurie brings with her a wealth of experience in the homewares sector having held positions at Sainsbury’s, Garden Trading, and Homebase.
Sarah Wheatley

Sarah was appointed as People and ESG Director in May 2021, after working as Head of HR for ProCook since March 2018. Prior to working for ProCook, Sarah worked for Tesco Stores Ltd for 20 years initially as a Customer Service Manager then as a Regional Trainer running the management recruitment and training programmes in the South-West of England before progressing to a People Business Partner for Large Stores. Before working for Tesco, she started her career in retail as a graduate with Asda Stores Ltd.

Marta joined ProCook as Ecommerce Director in October 2023 and brings expertise in all areas of digital experience. She has previously worked for Amyris as eCommerce and Digital experience hub Director, Unilever as Global B2B Ecommerce Lead and in a number of digital agencies covering a range of retail clients.

Claire joined ProCook as Marketing Director in April 2024. Claire has a strong marketing background gained through a career in the retail and consumer sectors. Her previous experience includes working for lifestyle brand Joules where she held leadership roles in ecommerce and marketing before her most recent position as Customer Director.

Joe joined ProCook as Retail Director in March 2025. Joe brings a wealth of experience and a strong track record in leadership and store expansion. He has previously held key roles at renowned brands such as Ralph Lauren, Topshop/Topman, White Stuff, and most recently, spending the last eight years with Charles Tyrwhitt. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong focus on retail excellence and business growth.
