Annual Report and Accounts

ProCook Group plc ("ProCook" or the "Group") announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 2 April 2023 have today been posted or otherwise made available to shareholders.       

In accordance with DTR 6.3.5(1A), the required regulated information is available in unedited full text within the Annual Report and Accounts which have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

The Group's Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.00am on Tuesday 19 September 2023 at ProCook's headquarters at ProCook, 10 St. Modwen Park, Gloucester, GL10 3EZ. Further details of the AGM including the Notice of AGM will be provided in due course.
