ProCook Group plc ("ProCook" or "the Group"), the UK's leading direct-to-consumer specialist kitchenware brand, announces that on 19 September 2023 awards were granted under the ProCook Group plc Performance Share Plan 2021 ("PSP") to Lee Tappenden, following his appointment as Chief Executive Officer.
The options awarded to Lee Tappendedn under the PSP are subject to the achievement of performance conditions. These options vest on the third anniversary of the date of grant and are subject to a two year holding period.
