ProCook has achieved Disability Confident Leader status and joins just 20 other retailers (and 632 organisations) that have been awarded the highest level of the Government Disability Confident scheme. 

Thanks to the proactive and positive approach to attracting, retaining and developing disabled individuals, ProCook earned this status through inclusive recruitment practices including: 

• Ensuring all disabled people meeting the job criteria are offered interviews for all roles
• Accessible and tailored recruitment processes
• Providing work trials and opportunities to disabled individuals through local charity partnerships

ProCook has especially seen some great examples of this out in their 60 retail stores, by adapting the recruitment and training processes as well as making reasonable adjustments across day-to-day activities.
