ProCook has been independently endorsed by Which?, the consumer champion. The acknowledgement as a Which? Recommended Provider for Furniture and Homewares was first announced in November 2022 and is the result of being rated highly by Which? members and the public for products and services that meet the high standards set by Which? researchers.

A not-for-profit organisation that was set up to protect consumers, Which? has two arms; a charity, the Consumers' Association, which promotes education on consumer issues and provides legal support to protect consumer rights, and a commercial arm which publishes a variety of magazines, websites, books and services that funds the charity.

Which? conducts research on a number of consumer issues and regularly publishes product reviews which involve rigorous tests and expert recommendations to help consumers to make confident and informed purchasing decisions, looking at product quality, range and availability, packaging, value for money and staff helpfulness amongst its criteria.
