ProCook has been recognised in the top 25 Large Companies in the UK's Best Workplaces for Women™ 2026 by Great Place To Work® UK.

The annual list recognises organisations where women report consistently positive workplace experiences, based on confidential employee feedback and an independent assessment of workplace culture.

The recognition reflects ProCook's ongoing commitment to creating an inclusive workplace where colleagues feel valued, supported and able to develop their careers. Headquartered in Gloucester, ProCook employs over 750 colleagues across its UK stores and store support centre.
