ProCook recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing™ 2025

The 2025 UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing™ list was unveiled this morning by Great Place to Work® UK recognising ProCook as one of the top ranked organisations in the UK for prioritising employee wellbeing.

This marks the third time ProCook has been named to the prestigious list which honours organisations that go above and beyond to create a truly supportive, people first culture.

One standout example of ProCook’s commitment to wellbeing is its employee wellbeing programme which includes dedicated mental health first aiders, flexible hybrid working, and a calendar of regular wellbeing focused activities. First launched in 2021, the initiative was developed in consultation with employees and continues to evolve based on staff feedback. Benefits have included increased openness around mental health, stronger team connection, and a notable rise in employee satisfaction scores across the business.

The UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing™ rankings are determined through anonymous employee surveys analysed by Great Place to Work’s culture experts. The surveys measure key elements of workplace wellbeing including work life balance, job satisfaction, sense of purpose, and financial security, and assess how consistently these experiences are felt across all levels of an organisation.

ProCook’s internal results speak volumes. In the most recent Trust Index™ survey:

  • 92% of employees agreed that “people here are treated fairly, regardless of their role.”
  • 89% said they are “proud to work at ProCook.”
  • 87% felt their wellbeing is actively supported by the company.

Benedict Gautrey, Managing Director of Great Place to Work® UK, said:

"A thriving workplace culture is rooted in trust, pride, camaraderie, and a genuine commitment to employee wellbeing. As we mark the fourth year of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing™ list, we’re proud to celebrate organisations that go above and beyond to support their people’s mental, physical, financial, and social health. When employees feel truly valued and supported, they’re not only healthier – they’re also more energised, motivated and aligned with their organisation’s goals. Congratulations to ProCook on earning a well-deserved place on this prestigious list!"

Sarah Wheatley, People & ESG Director at ProCook, added:

“To be recognised once again as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing is something we’re incredibly proud of. This reflects the care we put into creating a workplace where people can thrive, both professionally and personally. It’s shaped by the voices of our colleagues and we’ll continue listening, adapting and investing in our people to ensure ProCook remains a great place to work.”
