ProCook, the UK's leading direct to consumer specialist kitchenware brand, has appointed Ben Osborn as Retail Director, joining the business on 5th October 2026.

Ben joins ProCook following 15 years at Dunelm where he held a number of senior roles across People and Central Operations. Most recently he was General Manager for Dunelm Ireland. He previously led the UK People function and Central Operations, with responsibility for improving store formats and customer experience and simplifying store processes.

In his new role Ben will lead ProCook's growing retail operation, working with the wider leadership team to develop the store network and continue to deliver a strong experience for customers and colleagues.
